Playing the card..

I am going to say it, please or offend… I am sick of people playing ‘the card’ when they can’t get what they want or their own way.

Whether it be… ‘Everything is rigged’ in Trump’s case, ‘Because I’m black’ in Hamilton’s case, or because ‘I’m disabled’.

I was listening to the repeat of the Presidential Debate number 3 in Las Vegas when Trump was asked if he would concede graciously should Hillary Clinton win..

CHRIS WALLACE

But sir, there is a tradition in this country, in fact one of the prides of this country, is the peaceful transition of power and that no matter how hard fought a campaign is, that at the end of the campaign, that the loser concedes to the winner, not saying that you are necessarily going to be the you loser or the winner, but that the loser concedes to the winner and that the country comes together in part for the good of the country, are you saying that you are not prepared now to commit to that principle?

DONALD TRUMP

What I’m saying now is I will tell you at the time. I will keep you in suspense, okay?

HILLARY CLINTON

Chris, let me respond to that because that is horrifying. You know, every time Donald thinks things are not going in his direction, he claims whatever it is is rigged against him. The FBI conducted a year-long investigation into my e-mails. They concluded there was no case. He said that the FBI was rigged. He lost the Iowa caucus, he lost the Wisconsin primary. He said the Republican primary was rigged against him. Then Trump University gets sued for fraud and racketeering. He claims the court system and the federal judge is rigged against him. There was even a time when he didn’t get an Emmy for his TV program three years in a row and he started tweeting that the Emmys were rigged.

DONALD TRUMP

Should have gotten it.

What he can’t seem to grasp is this.. people don’t like him.. because of what he is… not because everything is rigged against him.  Women can’t stand his derogatory remarks and his lack of respect for the female gender.. he gives the impression that he is a leech and to be honest he makes me cringe every time I see his face on TV.  I just don’t like what he says, what he stands for and what he does… I suppose in his eyes I am rigged to think that way… forget it buster.. if anybody made me dislike you so much… it is you, yourself.

And as for Hamilton… well again he will think I don’t like him because he is black.. no I don’t like him because again he is another one that will use the race card.. in getting people to think things aren’t going his way because he is black.

Now I know he said ‘That is what Ali G says’ after he made the comment but I think he realised the moment he dropped that bombshell what a massive error he had made, because he then tried  to turn his comment into a joke.

But it was only this year back in March that he was saying this:

“Because we are the first black family in this sport with this success, I always had the feeling that I had to work twice as hard and should be twice as polite and humble to make the breakthrough”

Again, using the ‘Black race-card’.  Seriously man the reason I don’t like you much is simply because of your arrogance… and you feeling that your own team could be against you… and favouring Rosberg over you because you are ‘black’.  Another ‘everyone’s picking on me’ person. I know you need a certain amount of arrogance to be the best of the best but… the whining and moaning gets on my nerves when things don’t go his way.

And as for the ‘disabled card’… I have seen it written on many a forum or blog, people  saying that others are picking  on them simply because they are disabled.   Get real… please… people are not picking  on you because of your disability it is because of your written word.   They are against what you have written… they think the whole comment or post you have written is despicable and what you have said about others is completely abhorrent, nasty and damn right malicious….the onslaught is because of what you have said and not because of your disability.

I am friends with a lot of disabled people.. and they cringe when someone plays the ‘disabled card’ simply because they can’t get their own way.  They have said it demeans all disabled people and makes a mockery of disability… they say  it would never enter their heads to say to someone, ‘You are treating me like this simply because I am disabled’ just to get away with writing something malicious about someone. And they go on to tell me it makes them sick to the core when others use the disability card just to get their own way or as an excuse for them being a nasty person.  And like me, they too, wish these people would just admit that they are just using their disability to get away with things.. that people find unacceptable and that is incomprehensible and a shameful thing to do.

To be honest, I am sick to death of people wanting their own way and trying to make me go on some sort of guilty trip, simply because they are disabled, black, old, infirm.. or a misogynistic twat who wants to be President.

I am sick to the back teeth of some people and their attempts of  playing the … (insert what you like) card.  These people need to look in the mirror … it is not their gender, colour or disability that is making people loathe them at times… it is what they do or say, it is their own actions what others don’t like… it is NOT their disability.
